Yes, Its “4-Real”. This affordable remodeled 3 bedroom, 2 bath beach cottage is awaiting your arrival. Just two easy blocks from downtown shops, restaurants and the ocean. Gather in the airy living area with the 40” flat screen TV or enjoy those mellow beach evenings on the large deck complete with gas grill. While you relax, let the kids run around in the fenced side yard or play a game of ping-pong on the table located in the garage.This cottage comes with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area with table, six chairs and four bar stools. There is a master bedroom with a queen and a 46” flat screen TV, second bedroom with a queen and third bedroom with twins. If you require linens & towels, you may rent them through us or you may bring your own. Starter kit w/ 1 roll toilet paper for each bath & a roll of paper towel provided. Maximum occupancy 6 unless you have a couple of little ones. Maximum parking for two cars.
Don’t forget the family pet as your small dog is welcome with payment of a non-refundable pet fee, subject to restrictions. If you are choosing a pet friendly property, dogs are only allowed on the beach strand during the winter months. All pets must be approved by Blue Water Realty.
